Mr.Venkatesh S. Waghmare is the founder of his team, where he is performing the practical activities relating to'TAXATION', since 1998. Up to 2013 the same unit was very familiar in the name of VSW & Co. After 2013, the same unit continued the service by changing the name as Venkatesh S. Waghmare Advocate, by adding the advocacy service. Since he obtained the degrees relating to tax, law, and auditing(certified),and also having complete command over in his lectureship, got the vast knowledge. Therefore, he is rendering the accurate, efficient, multi-beneficial service and with more transference to his clients .
He is undertaking the services , for his clients, such as, Pan Card, Shop Act, Tax Assessment and filing the returns regarding Service Tax, Vat, Cst, Income Tax etc. He is also filing the suit in the court and further appeal on behalf of his clients.

Mrs. Vandana V. Waghmare B.A.D.T.L. G.D.C & A. is also a member of VSW unit. Looking after all the activities, and supervising activities very effectively. She is undertaking the services, for his clients, such as, Pan Card, Shop Act, Income Tax etc.

Adv. Varsha Chilekar professional expert in various streams of academic as well as professional areas of Business Law / Corporate Law and General Law. She provide Consulting, Mentoring and Tutoring services to organizations and people on various areas in Business Law / Corporate Law and General Law.

Miss Shraddha Gaikwad completed B.com, DTL and currently appearing for LLB. She is a member of VSW's Team, working in this organization and having knowledge of accounting and taxation. She is skilled with computerized accounting knowledge in Goods and Services Tax and Income Tax. She has ability to complete tasks with minimal assistance and hand-holding. She works diligently and uses time wisely. She works with good communication and effective managerial behaviour.  She acts as a Multi-talented team player.

Mr Rohit Habbu B.com (Team Leader) He is a member of VSW Team, working since five years. He is performing accurately and sincerely in his work to reach all the targets in given period of time. He is looking after some special field like Pan Card, Shop Act, Rental Agreement and social activities (i.e. Video Editor) and all marketing creative activities. He is handling office YouTube Channel Tax World. He effectively communicate with customers and is very methodical in performing and solving problems. He acts as a multi-talented team player.

Miss Shahanaj Shaikh Bcom and currently Appearing for CMA. She is a member of VSW's Team, working in this organization and supporting like a beam of bearing all burden while handling the practical activities and solving all the problems positively. She is having thrown knowledge in computerized accounting, Goods and Services Tax and Taxation. She acts as a productive team player.

He is ensures that an organisation complies with relevant legislation and regulation, and keeps board members informed of their legal responsibilities.
